Factory audit and analysis

Ess Ell Compliance team audits all new factories once a need is generated by merchandising team to add a new factory. Each factory is audited for-

1) Financial Status
2) Social and environmental Compliance
3) Security Compliance
4) Quality Management systems

A factory is approved to use only after they meet all the parameters. These parameters are fixed based on international standards. All existing factories are audited after every 6 months and if any factory is found at any point of time with a critical non-compliance, factory is asked to stop production for us immediately and related client is informed with finding. In Case of major non-compliance, we ask factory to rectify within 2 weeks and if they fail, they are being asked to hold production and we inform client and work on shifting production to other factories which are meeting compliance requirements.

If a new potential factory not meeting compliance but willing to prepare themselves, Ess Ell audit team provides them all the technical support, knowledgeand guide in best possible way.
