Inspection-Reports
Inspection reports in an Essell sourcing organization are crucial papers that aid in quality control and assurance across the supply chain. Our reports are often created following an inspection completed at a manufacturer or supplier’s facility. We aim to guarantee that items fit the buyer’s specifications or industry standards.

Types of Inspections
Pre-production inspection: We perform this inspection before manufacturing begins, concentrating on raw materials and components to verify they match the appropriate requirements.
During production inspection (DUPRO): During manufacturing process we inspect semi-finished or final items and ensure that production processes and timetables are followed.
Pre-shipment inspection: after a defined proportion of the items have been finished, we inspect and confirm that the batch satisfies the contract criteria.
Container Loading Inspection: We inspect and ensure that the right quantities and types of items are securely and appropriately loaded into containers prior to transportation.
The proper handling of inspection reports is critical for Essell to preserve product quality and supplier relationships. Effective reporting allows for more informed decision-making, which leads to higher product quality and customer satisfaction.
